thanks Scott. i'll let you know what's up with it. i probably wont need that pump as i'm just going to take it to a rebuild shop. you don't rebuild them do you?



the governor is stuck at 1700rpms. looks like there's a pin that may have bent or broke that is pushing against the governor weights. i've backed off the springs most of the way and nothing changed. after talking to mark at piers, joe donelly, mty, and 4 pump shops, i'm pretty sure that it's the weights. one said that maybe the rack stop is stuck, but the arm in the pump moves fine.



if you can think that you can fix it, let me know and i'll give you a buzz.

I think the last time you and Kevin went to the dyno, you went down route 6. This makes sense from your location. The dyno is going to get going at 8:00AM, and I'm going to try to be there early myself. If my plans change, I'll let you know and we can caravan up.

Sorry I have been out of the loop for so long. Great to see that a dyno event is going on. I can actually make it .

I have new toys on the truck, I would send a photo but I think it is best to wait. I have quite a few people that want to go also. Two years ago when I went I met someone down near Route 2 and followed them to a breakfast place. Is anyone doing that this year? Ireally do not remeber where the Dyno place is. I will be coming down from Townsend Mass area I think onto Route 2 south.

Anyway I need good directions from say Townsend Mass or Route 2. If someone is heading down from that area I could bring my group and meet at intersection of Route 2 and 13.

My route maps out to I84 -> 72 -> 9 -> I95, then on up to Warren RI. Got a GPS working with my laptop, so I can probably get there. I don't know if my power adapter will arrive before Saturday, so I may have to wait a bit to fire it up... the last hour is the only critical part anyway.



Nicole, can you meet us anywhere along that route?

The stop off (Scenic overlook) Is Exit 90~Ish Right on 95N.
