The scenic stop is actually just before exit 90. It's small... there is only room for about 6 or 7 trucks.

Myself, TMTT, sseifert, will be leaving the Pilot in Milford between 7:30 and 7:45. This should put us at the scenic overlook in Mystic in about 45 min to an hour later.
