2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Dyno in Alaska?

Does anyone know of a Dyno in Alaska that is open to the public?

Hale's Tech in Anchorage has one but does not like big trucks on it. He mostly rents it to the inport tuners. There is supposed to be one at the UAA campus but its for class only and does not do TQ/HP.

There is supposedly another one in a box that is waiting to be installed, but that story is 2 years old and I really doubt it.
