Dyno in K.C.

Is there any dyno events in the Kansas City area this year??

I dont know but I am definetly in for it, I am not ready to dyno YET cause I still have parts sitting on the garage floor, but if a day is set I will GET TO WORK ON that problem... LOL. . so if anyone else knows anything on how to get the ball rolling, I am so in on this one.

Like wise, I'm not quite ready yet. Hoping the Rips exhaust comes today. Still have the fuel pressure gauge, banjo bolts, and AFE sitting here ready to go on.

But my wife has made it clear I need to get with it on her Jeep. I am restoring a 85 CJ-7 for her. Just got the old body off last nite, and getting ready to put the new one on, a dirty job, I'm telling you!

I guess we can get the ball rolling, you need to remember that may madness is comming up and there will be alot of people going to that.

Like I said I'm game, and I know that GOODE11 would be there along with atleast one of his 9 brothers... LOL...



BYI Goode11 finally figured out what that "vibration" was he has been complaining about for almost a year. He went to change his transmission fluid and whomever owned that truck before had put 90W in there, and it was ROTTIN i mean nasty. So he drained it and put Redline (I think thats what he said) and now NO vibration and shifts like a dream.

COME ON KC TDR LETS GET ROCKING ON THIS ONE. The weather is warming up (EXCEPT FOR THIS DAMN WIND), its time to play... LOL. Hell I am offering my 120 acre spread for a location if that helps. 7 acre pond for fishing, decent amount of tools, 2 compressors, 8000 watt gen/welder. 2 big barns for getting out of the weather if neccesary. Lots of space for ANY amount of people.

I am roughly about 20 min south of KC (johnson county KS side). If you are staring at a map follow HI 69 southbound out of Overland Park, til you see 247th st exit, (if you see Louisburg you went a little to far south) head east approx. 6 miles. you will see Cleveland Mo. (Right on the state line) I live exactly 2. 2 miles south of that 259th and state line.

Lets do it. I am game to come up and see what the truck will be able to do. Sounds like fun. The last one we had sure was. Kind of a long drive though. Well worth it though I think.

Sounds good to me I enjoyed the last one. Plus I just added a new stereo and I want to see how much more power my truck is putting out

Well, should we have one before May Madness? anyone have a date that they prefer. I cannot do it on the 27, but the week after is good I think. I think the first sunday in May is the 4th.

Well I am not going to May Madness myself, and neither are any of the members around me. So I think any weekend would work of us.



I guess the question is do we want a Dyno Day, BOMB party, get to gether to shoot the S**T. If its a dyno day somebody needs to find a Dyno machine and all that good stuff. If its a mobile Dyno Day then again we can hold it here, along with either of the other two above mentioned ideas. Or if we find an actual shop that will let us hold something there that would be fine too.

we have a dyno we normally use it is located in merriam KS



Easy fellas to deal with, usually it is 60 bucks for 2 pulls.



He has done our other dyno days, i think we have had like 5 so far.
