Possible DYNO event in Cheyenne July 19th

i was hoping that maybe we could get some of the out of towners passing through to stop on there way to MM?

I dunno just a thought.

I will call the dyno place tommorow.

Adam

My thoughts...

I think the dyno ought to be put off till after May madness, maybe the weekend after, to let the boys going to MM get back and rest up fot a week. Who knows, the more the merrier, and discussion of a local TDR chapter might pop up. . Also, some people might need more time to schedule time off work to get there, I know I have to give several weeks notice at my job. For what its worth... .

Robin

Yes, for me I gotta talk to the boss man for time off:rolleyes: I wish my truck was closer to being done= Damn manley performance=valves.

John

hey john,

Why don't you just put a 12 v head on there and solve all of your problems?

You guys just give me your imput on when it needs to be.

I'm gonna go ahead and post on the national to see if there would be any intrest for people passing through

Adam

Ok here is my question what week is MM? Because it is possible that some of us will be headed to Dallas either the first or second weekend in May. And there will be three of us going, and all three are really interested in a dyno day here. We need to nail down which weekend we are going but we are open on either one so that might help us nail one down.

Russell

Maybe we should wait till June, everybody seems to have weekends tied up for the springtime. Plus it would give more people more time to hear about it and plan to attend.

(Plus maybe Floor It will have his truck running by then and it will put up some NUMBERS)!!

Robin

Anybody have directions or address to the KC dyno place. I have been there before, but a guy from work would like to come down with his Duramax that has a Juice Box on it.

Thanks,

Poor guy, y'all won't leave him alone so he can put it back together! LOL :D

He'll still be trying to catch me... ... Oo.

Kat, I told him I would be glad to come out and help, but after a pause he said he was busy that day, I don't think he has any confidence in my mechanical ability... ... . Come to think of it, when it comes to diesels, I don't either. But I could stand there and hand him his crescent wrenchs and pliers!!!!:D

Robin

I will try and keep an eye out for your dyno date. I maybe able to show up with a enough smoke to share some with greg :)

Ok heres the scoop on my part there is a new Dyno going in out here in Grain Valley. Its a Vamp automotive complex its a Dynojet 248 inground I talked to Greg Height and his dad they said in a month it should be ready to go. Now I havent struck a deal as far as how much for 3 pulls or anything like that. and I dunno if they have the magnetic pick up so maybe do one last dyno at MC racing then switch to Vamp because it easy to find its out side the city. I dunno. Just a thought... chris bring your truck I am always up for some smoke... ... ... . Speaking of that 9500LB+++ Ford 4X4 Dualie I have been playing with went 14. 80@88MPH last nigh at the track :D

Stacks in KC

Ok guys, I was beginning to believe that I was the only one in the immediate KC area that had stacks on my CTD. I have looked and looked and looked and havent seen one in the last year since I put mine on. Now out of now where today I saw TWO. The first one was a black QC flatbed (98. 5 or later going by the mirrors on the doors) south bound on 71 hiway just south of Gregory Blvd. pulling a gooseneck. The second one was about the the same truck exect white and pulling a white gooseneck traveling northbound on what used to be Vandbrunt now called cleaver blvd. halfway between 35th and Linwood. If you are the one that owns one of these trucks chime in. . I would love to know I'm not alone anymore. . LOL... .

Hi all , I have been fishing to much and have not had time to look and see what was going on.

John and I can come if you have it in June but the 7 and 8 we will be out of town any time after that is good.

If you wont to have a fish fry or some hot wings let is know. If you won't fish I can handle that but if you won't wings we need for some people to help out and bring some wings. let me know Joe

Hell I saw a third one today, a white cab and chassis with a flatbed with 3" pipes up the the bed then coming through the bed he opened it up to 4" bull horns. I think I started a trend here in KC. . LOL
