I missed fall brawl so went to friends dyno the other night (same size as Kauffmans dyno)with what I have done running only washer fluid mix out of Meth and only being able to make 49psi instead of 58psi on the street because of the load on the dyno I made 543. 8 HP and 1070 trq I think with meth I could be at 595 HP and almost 1200 TRQ I think if I compensated for the missing boost I should be at OR OVER 600hp and around 1200 trq am I right in assuming this no bad for a single I feel Truck is for sale.

You would not have gained that much more with the 50/50 water/meth mix, maybe another 10hp.

Depending on what your windshield washer fluid is rated as a freeze point, most are -20*f, that is a 60/40 mix of water/meth.

Suprisingly, I have been discovering that max boost is not having a large effect on dyno HP #'s.

I put down 446RWHP down here in my home town running 40PSI on my stock HX-35/12, and then, turned 430RWHP pushing only 25 pounds of boost  Seems HP isn't dependant on peak boost.

I feel that as long as you are within 20% of your boost on the street, your HP will be close enough to be declared your "official" dyno HP.

Some trucks with huge chargers won't ever make enough boost to put down HP on a dynojet,, they will need a dyno like a Dyno Dynamics dyno to pull the motor down so we can get an accurate measurement of HP. (like a sled pull)

Boost alone won't make significant power increases - it's the RATIO or combination of fueling AND boost that gets the job done...

Just to state the obvious... :D

i DONT RUN 50/50 MIX i RUN 90/10 WHEN i RUN AND YOU CAN FEEL A BIG DIFFERENCE ALSO WITH MY GEARING (355'S AND 33INCH TIRES) AND WHAT NOT ON THE STREET MY TRUCK PULLS THE HARDEST FROM 40PSI TO ABOUT 56 WITHOUT METH AND ABOUT 61 WITH METH i BET IF i went to cummins and their dyno had a bigger wheel for load 600 can be done also from what i've heard a couple guys at fall brawl with twins only did about 550 if this is correct why bother going through the hassle if your gonna do it do it right 800hp + just my feelings on it but to each their own

Boost #'s are not indicative of HP. At Fall Brawl I made 577 with 40 lbs boost. I would expect around 500 HP on just #2 with your setup and then add in your H2O/Meth.
