installing the pdr hx35/ 16cm housing ats manifold and the bosch 190 injectors, with a slight fuel adjustment my truck makes 240 rwhp and 630 tq, all this at 2200' elevation. my max boost so far is 28psi @ 1200 pyro but I think I can get the boost higher. I haven't got it wot yet.
 
Did you try wide open throttle? If not what was holding you back? Still those are nice numbers.

I haven't had the chance to get it out and run it hard yet, it was a dynojet dyno and I wasn't able to dyno before. Before the mods I would see 16 psi max boost and easily 1350F pyro so the new set up not only provides quite a bit of new power but is much more efficient, a very nice set up. I haven't towed yet but I think it will work just fine. The hotest I've seen so for is 1250F pyro almost wot, so close I don't think it would matter.
 
matches... . nice numbers. Should be in the right zone to make an excellent tow vehicle and a fun daily driver.



My son's 94 is in that hp range... . he tows auction cars quite a bit... he likes being able to maintain 85 up these New England hills without having his foot thru the firewall or having to stare at the pyro.

I was at 243, 600 on Dunbars dynojet at Scheid's, prior to the turbo and 16cm, and intercooler. Can't wait for Muncie to dyno.
 
That's the the setup I'm looking at... Are you getting much smoke with it? Curious, since I am not particularily interested in generating smoke.
 
Yeah I can lay down the smoke if I want to, but I also have turned in my fuel screw, without that the smoke would be much less.
 
I have the turbo and housing, but stock injectors and manifold. I'm going to dyno on the 20th, and hoping for some before and after #'s since I'm shooting for injectors over the holidays. Currently, I can hit around 27psi of boost and egt's don't go above 1100. One small puff of smoke on a low boost WOT situation, and clears very quickly. I'm shopping for injectors. Do you like the 190's? I don't want POD's, and am looking at alternatives.
 
They seem to work fine so far, the power is there when I need it, a whole lot more smoke than stock though, but thats only for the people behind me!
