Good information Jim, the one thing we didn't get done with George's engine was the optimum timing. Now reading what you have posted, I'm really wanting to re-dyno George's engine.
 
Charles, in his fisrt post he says he's running the "plain old 370's". Not bad for an injector with an incorrect spray pattern for those pistons. :D

Hum, I thought my motto was tell it like it is, same reason why I always have my hood open, to show folks that I have nothing to hide... . ask me a direct question and I'll give you a direct answer. Everyone who I talked to at Muncie about my set up knows I have water injection and I showed it to them and answered all their questions. Water gains a little H. P. but not a huge amount, I do drop the EGT's about 150 though and gain about 3-4 psi of boost.



The only reason I ever post stuff like this is for three people. Piers & Al (PDR), Bill&Shanti Kondalay (DTT) and James Northum(Inarush 76. . transmission builder)... . the folks that put me here in the H. P. and the ET's, it's not about me... it's about them... payback!

Not knockin you or the accomplishment. If the water adds any it's to be mentioned.



With it or without it the HP is impressive. Just keeping the observers on the straight and narrow.

I'll have to thank you for making all that power using my twin design. I've caught a lot of flack claiming that a HX35 set of twins is capable of 650 hp. I was wrong, it's more like 700;):D:D



Regaurdless of what else is said by anyone. GOOD JOB, and keep it up. You're raising the bar. Piers, Bill, James, and guys like me cannot do the things we do without the help and support from friends and customers.



Hopefully my truck will run as well as yours.

Your design? I thought the Mitchell's were using this design a LONG time ago? And I thought Jim built his own set up?

Jim built his own and did a first rate job.



The mitchell's have a very different way of mounting and routing their wastegate. Jim rerouted his wastegate at my direction or rather suggestion.

I'm surprised that Jim made all that power.....



The whole time at TiM... . I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He CONSTANTLY had a 7-11 style urinal sized plastic cup filled with soda in his hand... . and Big Honkin Straw (BHS) in his mouth. :-laf



The only water injection he has is a direct IV of high fructose corn syrup/carbonated water... . :D
