does the torque seems low?

not really, mine is right around there with about 45 PSI of boost... before you crank it up some more maybe you want to inquire on a head gasket and head studs... I just had to do mine cause of the boost issue... . and have you done anything with the transmission... . I also had to replace mine... I put an ATS transmission with stage 5 billet torque converter, billet input and out put shafts, torque lock up commander and valve body's with the deep pan that holds 15 qts. Just wondering you dont want to let the truck let you down!
