I need a little information on getting my truck dynoed.

how's it done , how long it takes, how much does it cost. can anyone answer my questions??

ANYONE GUESS WHAT KIND OF HP AND TORQUE NUMBERS THIS COMBINATION WOULD MAKE??? :rolleyes:
 
Well..... in turn I/we have some questions for you. Auto or manual? Where are you from? Do you have Boost and EGT guages? What Torque Plate are you running?



Auto or manual had different injection pumps and power ratings. . turn them up and you get different results.



Where you are from tends to dictate the going price of a Dyno run. Depending on where you are there is a TDR group near you that may have a Dyno event comming up.



With guages you can tell where you are sitting as far as your headgasket is concerned. Don't get much over 45psi of boost on a stock headgasket. Given time it'll be gone. 36psi is the max effency range for our turbo. After that, it's trivial if you are getting enough air to benifit.



The Torque Plate is in the injection pump under the AFC housing. Depending on your plate and what pump you have you can get different power ratings.



191's will help you out either way..... but if you are running a stock fuel plate, I'd do a plate first.
