Is this the front springs recall , if so I'd appreciate some feed back .

Few questions :

Those that've had the work done have you encountered any issues after ?

Were it not for the notice would you have known of a potential problem?

Is this recall due to weak springs that will eventually sag and bottom out?

Last how long was your truck down? :confused:



My concern is my truck drives great , smooth , no alignment issues etc.

I've always been leary of having work done , especially when everything seems fine.

I had mine done and everything is fine. When hitting severe bumps, more like dips, at highway speeds the front end would slam down as if there wasn't enough travel on the suspension. The new springs eliminated that. The dealer even installed my 1. 5" daystar lift for free. Because of the lift, I had the truck aligned.
