I bought mine at the local Cummins shop for about $80 a couple of years ago. It's not a direct fit to 2nd gen, but can be made to work. I managed to blow a fuse trying to install it that took out the dash lights and gauges. I could not find the blown fuse, so ended up taking it to the nearby Dodge dealer and explained what I had done. They finished the connections. That was kind of embarrassing. There is an LED on the switch, but no application for it in the vacuum driven 2nd Gen, not that you need a visual indicator. Also, I painted the raised Cummins logo blue.
Say Jim, we had a thread going a while back about turbo upgrades. I talked to Shane at Industrial Injection, hashing out the merits of their SPS-62 vs. their 35/40 hybrid. The hang up for me is my elbow mounted e-brake. Would prefer the SPS-62 over the hybrid, but that would require the HX-40 size downpipe. I hear that it's hypothetically possible to adapt Jacobs 4" exhaust elbow from the '04. 5+ Rams in order to have the bigger turbo and keep most of my original Jacobs brake. Of course custom exhaust mods are required and all the changes have to happen at once. The hybrid is easier and cheaper for somewhat less performance. Food for thought.
