E-Code or Sport Headlights

Anybody know if e-code headlights (european ) are available or do I go with Sport headlights for best vision .

The sport lights are just about the only option, next to bulb selection.
I did see here a while back that someone got a HID system on their truck. These are NOT cheap.

I did the Sport light conversion and am very happy with it. But check out:

Thanks for info on sport & hid lites but do they make differnt lenses for the european market. Can anybody look into this possibility. I am using ecodes in my Jeep and don't want to go back to DOT's.
