I've heard that the early 24 valves had quite a few problems. I was wondering if there is any merit to this, and if so, what problems there were/are.

tabell said:1 lift pump a 115K miles(FASS replacement), AC Compressor at 140K, Automatic Transmission rebuilds at 53K, 106K the third is a Stage IV ATS, love it. Brakes issues, went to slotted rotors and hawk pads on front (really good comb) also added 3 washers(height) under the rear brake proprtioning valve mount on the rear shock, this really improved the rear brakes for my 35s, if you are running stock tires I would run one or two and on 285's I ran 2 which really helped.
