First of all new to site and love the info. .
I was wondering if my change in tire size is what's killing me on the freeway. I have a 4x4 with 33x12. 5 on 16. 5 rims and 4. 10's, when getting on it to merge with traffic on the freeway, she likes to shift into od/lockup at about 39-40 mph and drop rpm down to about 1500. In my opinion it would be nice to keep the rpm around 2000-2300 for the power. Is this normal after adding larger tires or should I consider 4. 56 gears to get her back to what I am use to? Right now at 85mph I am turning 2000rpm, seems to me I am luggin the engine all the time. .
I know one of you all has the answers to fix this beast... thx
