Looks like voice over IP (internet). Prices don't look too bad.

Just got off the phone with them. The guy I spoke with gave a few extra details.



As long as your internet speed is over 90kbps then clarity isn't a problem. If you have a file sharing program or streaming audio/video program you would notice a drop in sound quality.



I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and just go for it. Worse thing that could happen is that I would be out the $30 set-up fee and a months service at $37(tax included).



Still $20 cheaper than my current phone bill.
