Running rough after BioDiesel

Pluged fuel filter on my Kubota tractor

The "cheapness" of your process has an inverse relationship to how much risk you are willing to take with your $40,000 vehicle. I don't see why so many people want to make the fuel as "cheaply" as possible. Do your homework, be kind to your cummins, it will be kind to you.

fuel

Hello to all

There are more than a few ways of making your own fuel

Bio Diesel is the one the oil refinerys want us to use, we all now why right?

Running new veg oil or used veg oil is another way this can be done a bunch of different ways.

Heating the oil and running a two tank system this seems to work great but there is a lot of work getting it all hooked up. I have not done this sort of set up but the people how have seem to really love them .

Blending the vegoil with petrol is the other way there are many ways of doing this but what it comes down to is mixing the two or more prouducts together and running it in the engine.

DSE style blending /SCHUR style blending /mixing vegoil and diesel fuel 50-50 or higher/ running ATF as a fuel extender/ running used motor oil as an extender.

this list goes on and on I also just talked to a person in canada that run's his dodge on fish guts? so I think its all in the way you want to do it.

I run a DSE stlye of blend fuel I don't use the DSE additive I make my own additive. I have had good luck running this and with the cost of diesel at 2. 739 in billings montana as of today I run the fuel I make for . 57 cents per gallon that's a good cost savings but the down side is getting the waste oil. but I will do it just because I think it a better fuel and the truck runs great on it. Remember the best fuel is clean fuel so filter/filter/filter/filter and then filter is some more.
