Recently purchased slightly used RBQ w/Infinity to replace stock single-disc and four speaker combo... Few questions... Easiest way to remove dash to access speaker mounts for the three that go on top of dash-board?? Are they pre-wired?? Door panel removal, any tricks to make it easy?? Will existing plugs from current head unit work with the RBQ, or do I need to change out?? Any advice appreciated in advance, THANKS...

Sorry I can't help OLY-VU but I was just talking about Whidbey Island to a friend of mine. I sure miss it up there sometimes.

If you do a search, someone did post a link for the service manual in PDF format not too long ago.

The Plastic cover on the dash just pops off. If you have a trim tool you can use that, or if you are paranoid about scratching it get a screw driver and put a rag under it to pop it off. Start at one side and work your way down.

The door panel is real easy to get off. 2 philip screws on the bottom. 1 big one in the middle of the panel right behind the handle. and another big one next to the a piller on the door. To get the handle off you need a torx I believe 40. depending if you have power or manual windows you need a special tool to get your window crank off. You can get those at a parts store. after you get all the screws off just lift up the panel carefully and it comes off. If you have power windows you should disconnect the electrical connectors before you get the panel off too far.

As for your radio, I'm not 100% sure but I believe they are a direct plug in.

Hope it helps!!
