Will It Fit-An Unusual Tire Question

I found out that by using a 1/4 long extension in your cordless drill, this will fit just inside the square hole. Next i use my cordless drill on the high torque setting and go in reverse, the wheel comes down in less than 15 seconds. . do it in forward to raise! no more hand cranking!!!:D:D

that's great if you carry that with you... ... I have never used a spare tire before, luck? don't know, but i like my tires to be in good shape, don't wait till they are rotted... . But you can have a new one and it can go bad... ... so i will say luck with good maintenance is part of it... . :-laf

Yep, a 3/8" drive to 1/4" drive adapter, a long 3/8" drive extension, and a 3/8" drive ratchet handle works very good too if you don't have an electric drill available. Also, a 14-mm 12-point 3/8" drive socket will fit tightly over the square shank.

Every 6 months, I drop my spare to change from the 17 to the 19. 5" tires. . so my winch don't corrode very bad.
