Ebay Fender Flares??

Are these fender flares legite? Prices seems really good. (Too good?) They look like factory flares which is what I want. Anybody know anything about these?

look just like the ones I have on my truck. I bought em off ebay, not sure if it the same seller though. I've had mine for over an year now with no problems.
