Ebay Rotors and pads

I see where an outfit called " Brake Motive" is selling front and rear Drilled,slotted rotors and ceramic pads for $319 with Free shipping on Ebay.

Seems like a heck of a deal.

Has anyone on here purchased these and are they any good.

Check with the seller and see where the rotors are made... . Probably CHINA.

Slotted rotors are okay for our rigs but drilled are not. The drilled rotors will crack, Especially with all the high heat from making a 8500+ pound vehicle come to a stop. Even more heat when you have a load or trailer. Go with the slotted rotors if you must.

how about ebc pads and roters any body useing them

I put on ebay set about a year ago witch i guess was 40k ago. Dont remember the seller but the pads were evolution or something to that effect. the stopping power is great but the pads did wear out quick witch is normal for an aggressive pad i only got 20 to 25 k out of them. where mostly i get about 40 out of premium parts store crap. this time i went with weaver platnium on the drilled and sloted rotors(kinda had to luagh when the guy said well i use these on my car and it much quicker than ur big truck and he drives either the civic or the miata i saw out side) but the weavers suck compared to the evoltion pads. my next time around i will probably try Hawks pads since i use them on the race car and well they work good and ii thinkg genos likes them aswell.

Keep in mind the origin will Be china on those rotors, I have drill/slotted (Rotorwork Ebay they were the only one's available at the time, even locally I could not get them "China origrin") been on for close to 4 years. They are in perfect condition with minimal wear,I will be changing them out for slotted only this spring,keep in mind I pull 20k weekly for My Construction Business in City Traffic. The Pads were Napa Premium, I will be trying something different on the New Slotted Rotors. If anyone wants these rotors let Me know they are free they have 70k.
