Ecm bad

Has anyone used these guys to repair an ECM?

They are on Ebay and the cost to repair is $237.50.

I sent my ECM to SIA and they benched it and found no fault. They charged me a bench fee and sent it back. I talked to them a couple of times and they seemed like a good bunch.
