Edge Attitude/Bullydog Outlook ?

Hello all, was just looking at some info on these, and am I correct that you don't drill for an EGT Probe with these??

I'm ignorant to this sort of thing, but Bullydog says theirs installs in minutes, that's what got me curious...

well, an hour gots 60 minutes in it



most things can happen real quickly, but to make them look polished up and professionally done, it takes time [routing wires correctally and safely mainly]



maybe it can hook up to an existing pyrometer and read off of it?

Michael,

The Outlook still requires a Drilled EGT probe same as all pyro's. It can hook up to existing probes. Maybe that is what they meant.

EGT's will read lower overall if you use one pyro probe on two gauges.

The Edge Juice with Attitude also requires you to drill for the Pyro Probe.

Yes I am. It is for the 04's, 555 engine. However, I sent it back to Edge about 2 1/2 months ago and haven't gotten it back. Right after I sent it back for updates, Edge went full bore into the 600 Juice and put the 555 Juices on hold. I called last week, no definate date other that when the 600's Juice is done, then they will finish the 555's. :{



I can say this, I had it for about 3 months and I really liked it. The only problem I had wiith it was it kept setting codes. As far as performance, 383 HP and 898. 2 TQ on Shelley's Dyno Jet in Spokane. This was with the 48RE with overdrive lock out. I have a AirAid intake and my own fabricated Torque Tube and a 51" Nelson 86131M muffler. No other mod's.



I must say that I have had every one of the boxes that Edge has made! Their customer service is second to none! I know the Juices for the 3 Gen's seem to have had them stumped for a while, however, knowing them, their goal is to release a perfected box or as close to it as possible. The worst thing they can do is to go ahead and release the Juice because of the pressure the consumer is putting on them and then have them returned because the Juice wasn't perfected.



Edge has a reputation of producing one of the best performing performance enhancement on the market! There is nothing better than the "Drag Comp" for the 2nd Gen's! They do have a reputation to uphold. It may be taking what may seem as an extremely long time to release the Juice, but I think it is a very smart business decision to not release a faulty product.



Edge, you have my respect for your past performance products, your customer service, and for bitting the bullet and standing fast with your decision to wait and release the Juice when you feel the product is ready for the consumer!

That's good to hear, I just got my gauges ordered, getting ready for exhaust, and probably gonna go with Afe's new filter box, and have REALLY been on the fence with the TST and now Bully's downloader, and now waiting on the Juice on Mark Craig's recommendation... thanks for the info
