I had an install of an Edge Attitude kit on a 99 Dodge Ram this weekend. I feel I have a pretty well equipped shop, and have a good knowledgable background doing installs...
Why is it that I have to debate the timeframe of an Attitude install with a customer? Edge makes it pretty hard for vendors/shops that also do installs on working out the labor for installing this Attitude Kit.
I have a question and challenge for the Einstien who proportedly put right on the box cover the words: EASY 10 minute install.
I want to see someone from Edge complete this feat in the 10 minutes they claim, right on the front of the box. NO WAY IS THIS POSSIBLE. If Edge says yes -then PROVE IT.
How are install shops able to justify that it takes longer then the 10 minutes posted right on the front of the box????
This, I feel, is false advertising. If Edge feels differently then I say prove that from start to finish -someone- anyone -can install this kit in the 10 minutes that they have posted on the box...
These 4 words are hurting the installation shops- I am sure of this.
So tell me why put something on the cover of your product that is NO WAY TRUE? Which in turn hurts the shops that are supporting their products?
Anyone else see these 4 words and come out confused like I did?
