Edge Attitude

CALLING CLAYTON..... What is the good word? Its been almost a month since we heard from ya! Edge still got a gag order or what? Surely you have logged a few miles since... .

I just received an email from Bryce at Edge. Said they had run into a few glitches and they had to push back the release date about two months.

have any of you guys read the article in the july issue of 4wheel & off-road. They took a plain jane 01. 5 cummings and thru in some upgrades giving the truck 500 hp... . it is a great article. Let me know what you guys think. page 68

Yep I saw that and it says they put an edge box with attitude in it. I didn't think they were going to make them for the second gen 24v trucks. It had a picture as well.

Too bad Edge has a couple of adds out in magazines that list the box as being available already. How much will this hurt them? Not, trying to start something but if they put an add out for everyone to see and then say sorry you can't get it it might be another 2 months then what are some people to think of the situation. I am glad that they are trying to work out all the bugs but why place adds when they don't know for sure when it will be ready.

They probably thought they were close enough to market to go ahead and start advertising them - lead times for many publications is 60 days or more - and competition in aftermarket boxes is heating up...

No problems with mine except the black smoke, bald tires and huge smile on my face. (gag order still in affect/effect) I stacked the edge ez with the juice. . ez on lvl 4 and juice on 1. . this truck is a rocket ship. . I put the juice on 5 on the free way after going 65 mph so it wouldn't down shift and stepped half way down on the soot peddle and everybody behind me disapeared in the smoke and the truck took off like a bat out of hell. The top end is amazing. Well I better not say to much but no real problems to report. Hope all of you can have one soon

Try the TST Powermax CR, it is an absolute joy to drive with the 04. 5.

I thought you weren't suppose to be able to stack like boxes, i. e. two fueling, or two duration. Am I wrong here?

Did you happen to catch Pirate4x4's post? He was running 7/7 and heavy but if 7/7 is there I might want to flip it. I really don't want to upgrade to twins because the single pinwheel has a melt down. I'm just looking for a little sumpthin-sumpthin without popping anything.

My understaning is Edge EZ is a fueling box and the Juice/Attitude is Duration and timing with in cab adjustment.

I have not purchased a box yet for my 03 because I have been waiting on the attitude/juice from edge. I am sure many others have too so if the beta testers are not having any problems then what is the hold up. Just anxious to get one soon otherwise I haven't heard of any problems from TST lately so I might but i doubt have to try one of theirs.

I think I saw that the attitude controller is out. Anyone know if you can control the EZ w/ the attitude? Then I could just buy the juice when it comes out, and already have the ez to stack and the attitude already installed.
