I just put my Edge Juice W/ Att on my 06. I was suprised to see such high boost numbers 40+ PSI. The box on "stock" setting allows the turbo to spoll to 38 PSI. Is this because of the boost fooling? IS 40 PSI from stock turbo normal?
On the level 4 or 5 the boost goes to 40 PSI real quick and then the back down kicks in. Is the waste gate controlled electronically?
I was also suprised to see very little smoke, even on L5. It pulls hard. I had a BDDL on my 04. 5 and it did not boost fool the computer, but it pulled a little harder. WAY more smoke though. Any one know at what PSI the CEL will turn on for a over boost code. I used to set that code on my 04 w/ the WSB all the time, but cant remember what PSI it did it at. I only ran that turbo for a month before the truck was gone.
I was thinking about putting my WSB turbo on this truck , but now I don't know if i need it until i put more fuel to it. The EGT's are staying low, with little smoke and 40 PSI.
