Last Wednesday, right before my girlfriend and I were leaving for vacations I installed the Comp (pump wire hooked up) for our drive to Idaho. I'm really impressed with the gain over the EZ, but I could only use the higher levels for short bursts or my EGT's would go through the roof. That problem is now solved, as my AFE showed up while we were gone. I junked the K&N filter in the stock airbox today and installed the AFE. Now I can blast down the road with the box on 5x5 on not see much over 1000 deg pre-turbo. This thing flat hauls...
Down side is now I'll never have any money cause I need a clutch, turbo, injectors, exhaust and probably some other stuff. Bombs away!
All you stock guys, pay attention. Don't screw around with an EZ or similar box, you'll just end up selling not long after you bought it like me. You don't know what you're missing driving a 7000lb sports car around.
