Opinion's on BigExhaust.com

I'm running rv275 injectors and an Edge ez and am thinking of going to the DD3's or an Edge comp. Any opinions as to what would be a bettter setup. The truck is a daily driver and pulls up to 12,000 lbs at times, but most of the time a 6,000 lb trailor is its normal load. DW

I'm running a comp and DD2's , last weekend I recorded 20. 5 mpg running 70 -75

I had 275's and the mileage was the same as it is now.

If you don't want to tap the wire (comp box) just get the DD3's. You may need to adjust the settings on the E-Z to control smoke.

The bigger injectors may help mileage and will help power.

Just remember that another 75hp from injectors (275's to DD3's) will yield less EGT than going to a Comp/UFM on 5x5 versus your current EZ.

The injectors will give you more useable power. Put in some 2's or 3's. They will blow your mind... ...

BOTH!!!:-laf Oo.

But otherwise. Injectors are simple--box is adjustable. But both together will require a turbo for top level power.

I'd follow Keith's advice. EZ and 2's.

Injectors

Slight missprint, I planned on DD2's not 3's thought they would be better for towing. DW

I have the 2s and got them instead of the 3s based on Rod Snaith's recommendation. I like the 2s a lot-- plenty of power. I can also control smoke easily even here at 6000 ft elevation.

EZ and 2s is a great combo. My next step is a PMAX comp. Of course, trans, exhaust, etc. etc. have to come first. I already have as much power as the rest of my truck can handle. I can't go farther without a lot of upgrades.

Injectors are the way to go. The DD directions make the installation a snap.
