My juice had a problem in it that kept shutting the truck off, talked to aron at edge took my chip in and they replaced every thing juice and attitude and it runs allot better know. just wanted to say what great customer service they have.
 
My experience with EDGE and their customer service is a positive one as well.

I've owned my 305/555 Juice w/Attitude for about a week and a half. After reading the owner's manual a few times, I still had a couple of questions on some things I was a tad unsure about. I emailed EDGE and Kenny Gollaher answered all of questions promptly and cleared up everything, well before my dyno runs this past Saturday. Great job, Kenny ! :D

Sent mine in for the 2. 0 update and the HOT upgrade. I paid for shipping to get it there and they sent it out the same day they got it. Great customer service which is suprising these days.

Did the same thing with mine a couple weeks ago. Didn't even have to pay for shipping, probably because I had laready sent in for the upgrade :D

Just verifying your signature details- I take it the 2. 0 update is for the 2005 version (i. e. , not the 305/555)?
