We shim the injectors internally to adust the pop pressures. Every full set that leaves here is pop tested and balanced. If you buy just tips, and yes we sell them that way as well, the owner needs to take it upon themselves to get the injectors tested.
Some injectors may have incorrect pop pressures, they may not hold proper pressure or even may not chatter.
Any tip change should be done at the time of checking and if necessary, adjusting the pressures.
