Guys, Im looking at a Drag Comp to stack with my smarty. I'm wondering if the Drag can be turn off and then have the smarty running on level 9 sometimes. I love my smarty on 9 and hate to get another product that has timing and have to turn the smarty down to level 8; when the smarty has really great timing from what i hear. I know i could stack the tst PM3 which i am looking at too, but i think that the edge has better driviablity for my HO from what i understand. Or should i just forget the boxes and look at mach 4's. Thanks, Cole

I just got my drag comp upgrade done & recieved it today. I really love the extra revs... It is awesome. I tried the comp/smarty stack out a while back [loaner] & It is a great combo. I ran the smarty on 8 & comp on 5x5, but it was really smokey. I mean "is there traffic behind me" smokey on every power setting, but the combo was unbelievable. I've read alot of posts that say tst/smarty are even better. If you are gonna run a combo with smarty..... Maybe get some cleaner sticks. Unless you like Smoke.

Mine with the Drag/smarty combo was awesome. Bottom end was awesome from the smarty and the top end was smooth and strong coming from the drag box. I just leave the smarty on 8 and run my box on 2X2 and thats plenty for daily driving. Go with it - you'll love it.

Yes, the Comp/Drag Comp can be turned off if you want the Smarty at 9. That's the way mine has been for many months now - ever since the Smarty arrived at my door. I only use the Comp when I am towing and then only on 1x3 with Smarty on stock. My opinion would be to look at a nice set of injectors to go along with your Smarty instead of the Comp. I have the Edge Jammer 3 (100hp) nozzles in mine and love how they and the Smarty work together. *If* in the future I do need more fuel than the Smarty+injectors, then I will be looking for a TST PM3 to replace my Comp.

Since the APB box doesnt add timing, its working out pretty well with the Smarty also. Want more power? Turn the knob. Completely adjustable power - Simple and sweet.

Nothing like you high HP guys have though. . But its good.

Have been running in fuel saver mode for the last two weeks. Actually not bad with 100 hp injectors. Got mileage and almost no smoke for normal driving, turn the knob for ricer attacks. : )
