EDGE EZ and auto trans Problem

2005 Auto with 127000 miles - Edge EZ won't let trans up shift properly, stays in 1st gear way too long and check engine light comes on. If I take off the Edge EZ shifting is normal again.

Bad EDGE EZ or other ideas Please help.

Has anyone had this problem????

I'm not sure if the edge unit has anything to do with your problem or not. I have a 2005 3500 with a banks system and the problem I have had with trans shiffting was with bands not being adjusted. that is something you can try very easy and less than 5 min to adjust front band.
