YES - there is an EDGE EZ with MORE than 3 levels
I have the 12 page "2003 - 2004 Dodge Cummins 5. 9L (up to 305HP) Edge Products EZ Module Installation Instructions & Manual" (in . PDF format) that was published by EDGE themselves. It also indicates OLD P/N: EZD1000C and NEW P/N: 30203 on the front cover as well.
It mentions the name "EZ" several times throughout the document. It has a chart for Power Level 1, Power Level 2, Power Level 3, Power Level 4, and Power Level 0.
There are 3 sets of double pins on the left inside cover and 3 sets of double pins on the right inside cover.
