edge ez or smarty jr

hello everyone im lookin for alittle extra hp and fuel mileage out of my 5. 9. I was thinking about getting the edge ez or the smarty jr. Leaning towards the edge because once i am ready to build my transmission i will get the smarty sr and stack the edge. what do you guys think. i really want the sr but dont want to toast the transmission.

I have had both and my vote is for the smarty s-06. There is so much more you can do with it besides extra power. Keep it on a reasonable sw# and just watch what you do. Your transmission won't be toast from the smarty, but it might from the driver. :-laf I think you will be a lot happier in the long run. I also got better mileage from the smarty from the added timing which the EZ does not offer.

I vote Smarty sr and just keep it on a lower SW. I like my JR but wish I had gone with the SR.
