Why not sell the EZ and use the smarty alone for timing? One less box to fail, and less connections. Just asking. . Maybe the EZ gives a better timing curve??

I only tried the smarty for a few days. I am giving my opinion on the comp/smarty, but if Bob says the EZ only adds 3hp I'd believe him. When I had the smarty, I never tried the EZ setting on my comp. I know the comp/smarty was a killer stack. The engine even sounded better & the smarty was awesome on the low end.

the stack may work better on different trucks. I can only post my experience and there are many others happy with your stack too.

Thanks

Smarty or Edge?

Mike,

I've had both. If I had to chose it would be the Smarty. Top end Horsepower is about the same. With the Smarty its all about how you get there. The low end response is incredible. To top it off you have a scanner/computer that can read engine codes and be updated from the internet which since I bought mine has already had a few updates. You can also adjust your computer for different tire sizes. Also Customer service is excellent.

Hope this helps

Mike

Here's a question for you guys. Now that I have lower compression due to the . 020 thicker headgasket could I stack a drag comp and the smarty set on a timing and fuel level as opposed to stacking the two with the smarty set on a fuel only level? Obvioulsly I also need a turbo but I'm still trying to figure what to get. Any ideas?
