was wondering if the stock turbo would hold up with the hot setting. not drag

racing just playing around town. 04. 5 cummins 600 2'' leveling kit k&m fipk, hot juice with attitiude.

You can do it, but certainly won't get full power benefit, HOT Juice 180hp setting will just not get enough cool air to be very usable. You can run that way, I did for a while but 180hp setting just made more smoke and not much more actual power than 100hp setting. They HOT Juice does a pretty good job of managing EGTs and if you use the EGT backdown feature, you probably won't hurt anything.
