Edge Insight won't power up!!

After 2 days of flawlessly working, today everytime I start up, the Edge Insight doesn't wake up. If I unplug it and plug back in it works. So it can't be a fuse, any ideas?

When mine goes crazy, I unplug it and plug it back with the motor running.

Call them. Mine did the same thing. They tryed to fix it over the internet, but that didn't work, so i sent it to them. They fixed it and had it back to me in two days. It hasn't missed a beat since.

I figured it would need to be sent back. Thing is we are leaving tues for 2 week trip. I just wish you could buy something that doesn't need to be "fixed" when you get it. I've always had good luck with edge until now.

Check your fuses, the 12 volt power point fuse also powers the odbc11 port.
