Good day fellas

I installed a Juice w/attitude last week. First impression was, this is exactly what I was looking for! It would put me back in the seat on the higher two settings and boost would quickly climb to alarm levels of 37lbs if you didn't let off of it. Now there is only mildly noticable increase in power levels, and the boost peaks at 32lbs. What happened? Is there a way to trouble shoot this thing? Upon suggestion I will gladly supply all I can remember for more help.

I did turn on the transmission slip protection feature which was off before. Could this be it?

Thanks for your time

Will

Ummmm..... yeah. Set your display to show "slip" and "backdown". Check your "records" too.

Well I found the problem. It was my over sight if a little step where you open up the juice and adjust the unit for your transmission and gear ratio. Thanks to the Edge tech guys and thanks for the reply Cattletrkr.

That's news to me!!! I've talked with Edge about a lot of stuff and they never mentioned anything like that. Nothing in the manual either. Can you provide more info? Thanks.

The new version allows you to pick your transmission, tire size, etc. It also has the option for a turbo cooldown timer among some other stuff that wasn't available a year ago.

I the directions in the manual there is a page that tells you to set up the juice. You do this by removing a side panel on the Juice that is just 2 allen head screws. You then move these three jumpers around to fit what transmission and gear ratio you have. All this is seperate from the on screen configuration that you use to turn on and off the transmission slip feature. I could probably post a picture if you really wanted one.

When did you get this thing? That sounds like a really old version. The new versions are done all on the Attitude. Do you have an 04 or an 04. 5 truck, 305 HP or 325 HP?

I just bought the j w/a 3 weeks ago and I have on early 04 with a 305/555 motor. Is there anything I am missing out on???? I am also able to pick the tire size on mine. It is in a simple menu and easy to do.

I must have gotten wrong info. I was told they no longer had the jumpers anymore and that all of the transmission info was done using the Attitude like mine. I just got the newest Beta and all of the transmission info is in the Attitude. It has auto, G56 and NV5600 for choices as well as tire size. Learn something new everyday.

What page number did you find this information on?
Picture is also worth a thousand words.
Thanks, Ron
