Had this contraption installed on Wednesday. What a kick in the pants! Awakened the beast within. :--) HUGE difference in responsiveness even at mellower settings.

What to do next? Torque converter so I don't fry the transmission?

Who did you buy the Edge from? What did you pay- if you don't mind saying? Did you install yourself or have a tech do it- if you did it how long did it take you?

With the combination of the Edge and those big meats (tires) I'd certainly look at beefing the auto trans ASAP!

The juice is easy to install, it really only takes about 10 mins without the egt probe and that only took me about 30 mins. Can't really help you where to get one because I was a beta tester and just got the final product so I didn't have to shop around. I have ordered an intake from www.dpsdirect.com it looks like they have the juice/altitude combo for around 740 bucks with the high dollar savings, corey

I had Gillett Diesel in Bluffdale, Utah put it in (800-638-4679). $999 installed, ($1064 OTD). Took about an hour to install. Worth every penny so far. Took at trip up north for the weekend. Refueled and hand-calc read plus 1 mpg (vs before Edge) on only half tank used since install. Full tank used calc should be interesting.

Keeping my foot off of it will be the real challenge.

So far I have seen only . 7 mpg better with two tanks but I seem to have a problem with keeping my foot out of it. :D :D :D

What setting do you usually have it on for daily driving, and where are you setting your "responsiveness" for each setting? I set all my responsiveness settings at the midpoint.

I got sideways pulling into traffic while it was set at extreme. The guy at GD set he drives with it regularly set at Extreme but the manual says not to set it there if the truck is "stock". I guess non-stock means you've done soemthing to beef up the transmission!

On the roadtrip I just rturned from, I had it set on 1. 'Mileage' to see what my mpg would look like. Had cruise control on most the time. Went to Twin Falls from SLC and back.

Since Edge is in Ogden, I might be "keeping in touch" for "performance recommends".

Lots of fun so far.....

I usually have it set on 1x1 because I drive 100 miles a day for work all highway. But around town its usually 5x5 just for fun and thats most likely why my milage has not improved a ton but oh well. :D :D Iamb in Boise so I'm not that far from edge either so that makes it real nice.
