Well that's good news. When I did mine it was not easy at all.

I am NOT very impressed with it!!

it has more power but, def. not what i expected.

Not enough power, and no smoke at all.



maybe im just use to my 12valve :-laf





I put one in a 6. 0 a while back and WOW did it wake that up!!

Somethings not right, I can get nice smoke screen on 2x5. Sounds like your wire is not tapped.

Could i still have a little bit of power?? Being there might be a bad connection on the VP44 wire???

Definitely something wrong, I noticed a good increase before tapping the wire, and now I get pushed back into the seat pretty good after tapping the wire. And smoke, check your settings, I could lay a good trail before, now after tapping the wire I can make cars behind me dissappear!

Take the back cover off to see if the LED’s are scrolling. There are instructions in the back of the installation manual. It should tell you if the wire is taped correctly.

Check sub settings to for more response off the line. Question? Is your transmission stock? Will make a big difference getting power to the ground if it is. I too think the wire may not have tapped correctly. My edge comp on my 99 gives me 90 RWHP on a mustang dyno when in the #5 setting. And yes you should get a little power without the wire tapped. But much more when it is.

Yep and I love it!

Although with Mach 4's I hardly ever turn the Edge on.....
