edge or Bully Dog

I just got my 06 and I am looking for a chip and monitor. Which monitor has the most options Bully Dog or Edge? Do both chips de-fuel for trans-slip? Just thought I would get some Ideas before buying one.

From what I can tell, Neither. I think you'll get the recomendation to go with TST.

Bully dog is all fuel pressure for the power whereas the Edge(juice) uses less pressure and more timing/duration for their power. In my opinion the Edge is a better choice. The plus w/the BD is the downloader to check and erase codes and adjust speedo for tire changes. It just seems like it would hurt in the longrun to put so much fuel pressure to the injectors.

Tst is pretty much top dog in horsepower but it is lacking in overall features. it is more for hardcore horsepower guys but still performs well as a daily driver. If you want a everyday driver with good horsepower and some nice extra features get the edge/attitude. the power is very smooth. If you want more power later you can also upgrade to the 180hp juice. I also had the bullydog and well..... it sucks!!!! I sent it back after only 1 week and the dealer had to replace my computer because the bully dog replaced my stock program with some argentina/brazil program and they couldnt even read it anymore!!!!! if you do some searching you will see that this has happened to many people. oh and the bullydog does not adjust the spedometer for tire sizes either.

if you are not going to push over 550HP then go with the edge with attitude. it is a good powerful daily driver. ! :-laf

just a note, edge juice is not available for the 06 yet, just the edge ez so far and it's a pressure box. Im waiting for the juice to come out so I can run it in my 06.

The Bully Dog PP is not all pressure. The first 2 settings are timing and duration only with the 3rd(Extreme) setting being a combonation of timing,duration, and pressure. Also, the BD doesn`t have a speedo adjustment, only a DTC reader/eraser.
