edge programmer settings

I have a 2008 2500 i just got a cs edge performance programmer installed and I was looking for some insight for the best settings to use

You need to provide a little more info. What trans (fill out your signature with a full truck profile), what other modifications (if any) and are you towing, racing, etc.
