I noticed the same. Boost skys to 40+ psi on my autometer ultra lite 0-60 psi gauge. Edge shows 35 or so. I suspect there is a slight delay on the attitude display. Soon as "de-fueling" comes in, she's back down to my max setting of 34.

Man I wish my lotto #'s would pay- daddy needs a ball bearing turbo. :)

edge w/ att will only read to 35 psi boost and my auto meter gauges read 42 - 47 psi any one esle fixed this yet?

The MAP sensor is not designed to read anything over about 35psi or so. The Attitude monitor just displays what it's getting from the sensor.

You need a real gauge to see what your motor's doing. I almost hit 60psi yesterday with my truck  and the TST said 35.

That is not true. You can easily read at least 45psi accurately off of the stock map sensor. The problem is pulling the value off of the can-bus. If you let the can-bus see over 35psi then you are asking for a boost code.

So how much beating can the stock turbo take at 40 -42 psi before she comes apart? I just noticed today , after the juice install that when gettin on it, my X-monitor turbo alarm is going crazy with my alarm set at 35 and it reading 42. 5 psi its pretty crazy , just wondering how long the fun can last before the turbo implodes.

40-42 is not big deal unless you have a 6spd and bark the crap out of the turbo or something. As long as the heat is kept at a reasonably sane temperature I know the stocker will go 80K! That is the most mileage we have on an 04. 5-06 truck. That is only about 20% more than stock and you won't see those numbers that often.

Now if you have a plastic intercooler, 42 can be tough on them from time to time.

I've seen 42 PSI on my Attitude and haven't set a code. I regularly see 38-40 PSI and don't have any problems.

Maybe I missed something quad, are you saying that the attitude is not getting correct readings becouse it would throw a code?

No, I am guessing that the version you have or had was reading the pid data of off the data bus. I am sure they do boost fooling so that you do not set an engine light. I bet the new version reads off of the boost input to the module. That is why they needed to reflash it or send a new one. It is probably doing exactly the same thing it is just reading it differently.

hey guys, had a problem with my att monitior and took it in. while there they had to replace the juice computer box. fixed my boost reading right off the bat! they said they chip was not right from the start but since it was working fine other than the boost that it would have still been working fine if the monitor had not missed up. thanks for all the help and supportguys
