If you're on the fence about EFI Live don't even think about it. This tuner is so superior to Smarty S06! Smooth linear power,zero torque management and smoke free to boot.
I had a question and John @ Anarchy called right away on his own time.
Can't say enough about the support.

Yes, your very correct about EFILive, but I got mine through ATP http://atptrucks.com and have had very good customer service. I'm amazed at how smooth the power is, and that's keeping the Emissions in tact. I got the Autocal so I can't program it myself, but why would I mess with that, if I don't have a Dyno in my garage. So far it's been great, but it's the PID data recording is why I went with it. However there is warranty issues if you install it in a newer truck. If you don't like the stock 68rfe program, EFILive will help in that, or so I'm told, I wish I could install it in my 2014 just for that.

Is it available for 03-04 yet? Or will it ever be?

I don't believe it is, it's 06 to 2013 so far, but you can check with ATP web site.

Yep and the beauty of it all is that it'll pass Ca smog with the switch set on #1. The improvement over Smarty is as pronounced as stock and Smarty. Really neat.

No EFI Live for pre-06, probably never will be now. HP Tuners released their version and it works on 0305 with full control of the tables. UDC Pro is on its way with the same capabilities.
