EGR & DPF Delete?

im running one of the newer h&s kits. box and new down pipe 4" into 6'' mitres. and have the egr removed and blocked with 2 quarter inch alluminum plates. Also a 5. 9cr ATS manifold and a silver bullet turbo. i have an edge and a ts stacked together. in this form its an awesome engine/truck with tons of power and runs alot better all together, also it is running consistant 18 to 20mpg unloaded hand calc

Was there a problem with the stock turbo and brake. Just wondering why the change there.

I rode in one yesterday with edge /ja and a mp-8 stack it was awesome.

I was like ricky bobby the first time he got drive the stock car if you know what I mean.

just curious but i wast told by a rep from BadP that if you just block the egr it will soon start to throw codes and derate, not to sure on the details but thats what he told me.

i heard a few things on the egr, so far running the edge set on to clear codes it has not been an issue. with the egr and egr cooler gone and a 5. 9 manifold there it looks a hole lot cleaner ill tell ya that.

Do you have any vids of your truck with the silver bullet on? I am really curious as too what one of these 6. 7's sound like with a non-vgt turboOo.

no video, when i figure out how to put a pic on here ill do that. sounds kinda like a cross between a 24v and a common rail. no drone really at all.
