EGR setup for SMARTY 67ME

Anyone know for sure the necessary EGR configuration for SMARTY 67ME ver19? Does it need to be disconnected at all?

AFAIK, no-one has gotten around the bootloader/locker that Dodge placed on the later 09 models... yet...

From what I was told on Cummins Diesel Forum the EGR is disabled by Smarty (on 18me anyway). The directions have not been updated. By the way, the regen is automatically turned off also, there is no 0 or 1 to turn it off.

If you down load the smarty for delete package you need to select the ME version. I am still running 14me and since it is the me version no choice for on or off. Can't remember the version where it was a choice.

There is a download for the Jeep Liberty CRD that disables the EGR but uses it as a blow valve to prevent turbo bark. Kinda cool. I don't know if the Smarty does that or not.
