Ok I will try an explain as best I can for some help. I have one ton auto that I have changed the exhaust twin muffler set up (kitty died ),PSM buick lower intake tube. But my EGT's still spike way high. My probe is right where it should be (pre-turbo) but I hit 1200 barley moving. I had to go back to stock program due to constantly being high EGT's I tow quite a bit but not heavy 7500-8000 lbs. I used the bully dog tow program. I have to take the transmission out of tow haul and use overdrive off to keep transmission and EGT's down to exceptable levels. I also have some engine coolant coming out of cap that has stained the air intake box. So do I change exhaust again or do I open up the air intake more and expose the turbo to possible damage? Or do i put better injectors in the truck? Or am I stuck stock crawling like a snail over the hills?
