Hello all

Going to install the EGT guage/probe, then order a #11 plate (first bomb!). Where are most of you guys putting the probe? In the 123 or 456 part of the manifold? I think I remember NOT to put it in the middle because of a web, and figured if cylinder #1 ran a little hot (from a constrction in the head design?) it would be the place to put it. Would put near turbo instead of in runner from #1 in case valve adjustments or something made #1 run cooler than 2 and 3, the day I went with the hottest cylinder to be safe would be the day it ran cool for some reason:)

Thanks for suggestions!

Man! You see that picture KB0OU posted? Those rusty old turbos are ugly. :D Maybe a nice SS turbo shield would help.

some b. o. m. b. ers wish their turbos last long enough to get rusty :D

I know of one pair of guys who between them went through 7 in two weeks

RUSTY TURBO

As you can see in my sig my turbo moves too much to get anything but rust and oil on it, not time to put a wrench on it!!!
