EGT's Have dropped, Why??

Just went for a cruise and at 70mph my EGT's where only reading 400 degf usually run 550 -600 , at full throtle i could barely get 900 before i ran out of road, Boost still seem to be the same.



Is it possible to cook a thermo couple? or is something crappin out??

If your boost didn't drop that means you are still getting the fuel. So a lower temp reading is most likely a bad thermocouple.

Most likely a bad contact in the line some where. Happens to me from time to time and I just move/bend the wire within 1 foot of the pyro thermo and back to normal.

Happened to me and it was the slip on connections to the gage its self
