I have a 2001, 4whl, auto w ATS valve body, billet torque converter, TST Powermax3 stacked with Edge EZ, Hybrid HX35 Turbo w/14cm exhaust housing, 4" Banks exhaust, Banks intake, Afe Stage II filter box and stock injectors. Even with the box on 6 I can blast the EGTs to 1400+ at full throttle with no load. Anyone have any ideas for a cure?? Am running 30-33 lbs of boost. Have checked all the boots and intake for leaks. Have a new lift pump (6mos. old) but original VP-44. Truck has 90K miles on it.

You are in check from what I can see. Last year I drove out to Muncie and back with my stock injectors. Locked up and dead pedal from 60 to 90 with the Box on death made 1475 egt. 36 lbs of charge air.

Question please, what is your altitude in Mesa, AZ  That might be a small contributor to your problem. They say a small amount of propane will cool the exhaust some and allow more power. :D

Altitude in Mesa is around 1000 ft above sea level. What should my fuel pressure be at full throttle?Hey Toolman how do you run 1475 degrees with no damage?

Best rib place I know of is Waldo's BBQ on Main St. east of Greenfield. Great atmosphere and food. I'm from OKC originally where do you live in OK.

Don

I am east of OKC about an hour. This place sits right at the base of the mtns, I think on the Mesa side. I cannot remember the name of it. It's a pretty good sized place. You know where I am talking about?

Only one out East I'm aware of is Waldo's. There's a place in Apache Junction that is called the Lost Dutchman, but it's a tourist place with a restaurant. I lived in OKC for 38 yrs. and have been here for 9. Don't miss the humid summers and hailstorms.
